Francesco achieved the master’s degree in civil engineering at the University of Trento, specialization in structural works. He obtained later the Certification in Project Management by the PMI. He is the General Manager and Senior Engineer of Maffeis. Francesco has a proven track record and International experience in planning, design, supervision, management, operation, facility management of healthcare, marine, hydraulic and infrastructure projects (cash contract, EPC, BOT and PPP) acquired during 23 years of activity developed at a professional level. In the last fifteen years, he has been directly responsible for the design and management of the most important healthcare projects, transportation infrastructure, marine works, ports and hydraulic, covering all technical, planning, legal, contract and commercial aspects.
